No. Our lighting program is a seasonal rental service. We provide the lights, clips, extension cords, timers, installation materials, maintenance, removal, and storage. This allows us to ensure your display looks great year after year without you having to worry about replacing lights, storing materials, or making repairs.
Are the lights custom-fit to my home?
Yes. Every display is custom-designed and professionally installed to fit your home. We carefully measure rooflines, peaks, entryways, and architectural features to create a clean, elegant, and professional holiday display.
Can you recommend lighting options that are energy efficient?
Definitely. We specialize in LED lighting options that are both energy efficient and bright, helping you save on energy costs while maximizing the wow-factor of your display.
Can you install lights that I already own?
To ensure the highest quality appearance and reliability, we install our own commercial-grade lighting systems. This allows us to guarantee the display and provide maintenance throughout the season.
Do you offer lighting for trees and landscaping?
Yes. In addition to roofline lighting, we can illuminate trees, shrubs, columns, entryways, and other landscape features to create a complete holiday display tailored to your property.

Yes, we offer free consultations where our team will visit your property, discuss your ideas and preferences, and provide recommendations and a tailored holiday lighting plan.
How much does Christmas lighting cost?
We create custom lighting designs to fit a range of budgets, and our lighting services start at $800 for the first year. Because every home is different, pricing varies based on the size of the property and the complexity of the display. We provide free estimates and custom designs so you’ll know exactly what to expect before any work begins.
We also offer a 10% discount to returning customers and to customers who install before October 31. (Please note that the discounts cannot be stacked).
Will I get a detailed estimate for my lighting project?
Yes, we provide a clear, itemized estimate so you know exactly what is included, covering the design, installation, materials, maintenance, removal, and storage.
Our Process
What does your process look like?
Our process starts with a free consultation and design. After you approve your custom display and quote, we schedule installation, provide maintenance during the season, and handle careful removal and storage after the holidays.
When do you install Christmas lights?
Most installations begin in October and continue through early December. We recommend booking early, as our schedule fills quickly and the best installation dates are typically reserved well before Thanksgiving.
How long does it take to install holiday lights?
Most residential installations are completed in a single day, depending on the size and complexity. Large or customized displays may require additional time. We’ll provide a clear timeline during your estimate.
Is there anything I should do to prepare before installation?
There’s no major preparation required. Please make sure our team can access the property on installation day.
What happens if a bulb goes out or there is a problem with the display?
We include maintenance throughout the season. If a bulb burns out, a strand stops working, or there is another issue with your display, simply contact us and we’ll come out to make the necessary repairs.
When do you take the lights down?
We begin removals after the holiday season, typically in January. Removal is included with your service, and we’ll schedule a convenient time to take everything down safely.

Absolutely. Lux Christmas Light Pros is fully insured for your peace of mind. Our team is trained to safely install and remove holiday lighting on residential and commercial properties.
